Downloads & Change

Download Policies

Currently, our digital products are only delivered via the Internet. Once your purchase is approved, we will process your order. Orders are typically processed within the same time, but may take up to one (1) hour to complete. Once your order has been processed, we will send you a confirmation email using the email address you provided on our order form, and we will also make the ebook download link available after payment confirmation.

This email will serve as your electronic purchase receipt and will contain the information you need to access our product downloads.

Downloads from our servers are closely monitored to ensure that you can successfully access our products. We reserve the right to terminate your access to our download servers if any abuse is detected.

Change Policies

We stand behind our products and your satisfaction with them is important to us. All occurrences involving exchange or return will be attended to as provided for in the Consumer Protection Code. The Customer must request the exchange or return through Customer Service in the "CONTACT" menu or by e-mail ClaireHills@uol.com.br. The expenses arising from the collection or posting of the Product will be borne by the customer.

In the case of digital products delivered via download via the Internet, we generally do not offer refunds.

If you change your mind about your purchase and have not downloaded our product, we will gladly issue a refund upon request.

Refund requests made after downloading our product are handled on a case-by-case basis and are issued at our discretion. Refund requests, if any, must be made within seven (07) days of the original purchase.

For physical products, it must be returned in the original packaging, accompanied by the Nota Fiscal/DANFE (Electronic Invoice Auxiliary Document), the manual and all its accessories. After the arrival of the product, we will check if the aforementioned conditions have been met. If so, it will arrange for the refund or exchange of the Product according to the request made by the Customer.

We are exempt from the obligation to comply with requests for exchange or return of any returned product without the Customer Service sector being notified after the deadline or in the absence of accompanying items/accessories.
